The OSHA poster, also known as the OSHA notice of employee rights, is required to be displayed in every workplace in America. The poster informs employers and employees of their rights and responsibilities for a safe and healthful workplace. Is your OSHA poster prominently displayed for your employees?

Note that although OSHA re-releases its poster every so often, it is not necessary to purchase or download a copy of the newest version if you already have a legible copy of an older edition.
